We are well underway with our stunning pieces of artwork. The children have been learning about taking photographs and understanding and using the camera features on the iPad/laptop, taking a variety of photographic shots and taking a photograph with the subject being well lit and in focus.
We need: Please send along to school this Friday any cardboard paper towel rolls, glad wrap rolls, wrapping paper rolls. We will use these to create a 3D effect for the basket of our hot air balloons.

Nga Mihi Presentations
Kia ora all,
As part of our Schoolwide Mihi Competition, the Discoverers have been working on writing their own mihi (greeting). We have spent time writing these in class, using a standard format, but if your whanau / iwi have a specific mihi please share this with your child so that they can use it instead.
